We're glad to announce here for the completion of our reproduced "US NAVY M-43 Denim Jumper, Shawl Collar". Our "US NAVY M-43 Denim Jumper" has been reproduced authentically with the correct pattern, same style of NAVY Shank Buttons and the 10.5 ozs classic Indigo Denim which is same specs. as 30s US Army Military Denim.

1) Buttons:
A resin shank button (20.2 mm diameter) with a design of the word NAVY and an anchor logo, found only on this type of jackets. It is a U.S. Navy rule to remove the buttons for washing.
2) Button Hole:
Buttonhole type traditionally used by the US Navy.
3) Eyelet work for Buttons:
Stitched eyelets for button attachment. The shank portion is passed through a hole with an inner diameter of 3 mm and secured with a back retaining ring. It is a U.S. Navy rule to remove buttons for washing.
4) Denim-Surface:
The 10.5 oz military denim has indigo rope dyed warp threads visible on the surface, and the unique color and feel develops with each wash and use.

5) Denim-Back:
10.5 oz military denim with a unique top-dyed texture that features ring-spun yarns (weft threads) on the reverse side.
6) Label:
The contract label sewn to the hem has the contract number (NXs 14575) printed on it, indicating that it was ordered in 1943.
7)Marking:
The jacket hem features a stenciled name: “J. HOLMAN.” This name originates from the character “Jake Holman,” a First Class Engineer played by “S. McQueen” in the 1966 film “The Sand Pebbles”
